When Oppo officially announced the R9 and R9 Plus this March, the company promised to launch the 128 GB R9 Plus in near future. Starting today, the 128 GB variant is now officially available and is available for purchase in China for a slightly higher priced than the 64 GB model.

The 128 GB variant carries a price tag of RMB 3,599, which translates into around $555 at current exchange rates, while the 64 GB variant is priced at $510. The company can be satisfied with the sale rates, since it sold a total of 180,000 on the very first day of their availability.
