LG's Stylus 2 is the first smartphone to offer support for DAB+ radio, a digital standard that's taking over FM and DAB in some markets. It's not used in the US, but DAB+ is popular in Europe, which is a core market area for the Stylus 2. Unlike DAB, which uses MPEG2, DAB+ uses HC-AAC and it can offer superior quality at small bitrates.

The DAB+ standard uses the same transmitters as DAB, which makes switching to it easier.
Included with the Stylus 2 is a 5.7-inch 720p display, quad-core 1.2 GHz processor, 1.5 GB of RAM, 13-megapixel camera, and a 3000 mAh battery. |
