Memory module firm Transcend Information has reported consolidated revenues of NT$2.13 billion (US$64.2 million) for January 2016, representing a 0.98% drop on month and 0.88% increase on year.
Industrial and strategic products accounted for 57.3% of Transcend's total sales in January, followed by consumer flash devices with 31.1%. DRAM modules made up the remaining 11.6%.
Consolidated revenues at fellow company Adata Technology fell about 9% from a year earlier to NT$1.825 billion in January 2016. January revenues were almost flat compared with NT$1.83 billion posted in December 2015.
DRAM products accounted for around 38% of Adata's total sales in January, while NAND flash and other products made up the remaining 62%. |
