NAND flash device controller supplier Phison Electronics has reported consolidated revenues of NT$37.18 billion (US$1.12 billion) for 2015, up 12.4% on year and hitting a record high.

Phison posted revenues of NT$10.36 billion in the fourth quarter of 2015, also a record high. Revenues for fourth-quarter 2015 represented increases of 3.3% sequentially and 18.2% from a year earlier.

For the first three quarters of 2015, Phison posted an EPS of NT$15.16 on revenues of NT$26.82 billion representing on-year growth of 10.3% in revenues and 13.6% in EPS.

In other news, Phison showcased a series of new flash storage solutions at CES 2016 including a PCIe Gen3x4 NVMe SSD controller, a SATA3/6Gbps controller supporting the latest 1Znm NAND flash technology, a USB Type-C flash device and an ultra high speed UHS-II SD/microSD controller.
