NAND flash device controller supplier Phison Electronics is expected to see its third-quarter revenues top NT$10 billion (US$306 million) and reach the company's highest quarterly figure on record, thanks to robust shipments for SSDs, and eMMC/eMCP devices, according to a Chinese-language Commercial Times report.

Phison's EPS for third-quarter 2015 is also forecast to exceed NT$6, the report quoted market watchers as saying.

Phison has responded saying the company has not provided its revenue and profit guidance for the quarter.

Phison has reported August revenues of NT$3.23 billion, down slightly from the record NT$3.32 billion posted for July. The company's cumulative 2015 revenues through August increased 7.9% from a year earlier to NT$23.33 billion.

Micron Technology, Kingston Technology and Toshiba are reportedly among Phison's major clients.
