The Apple Watch could reach additional countries by late June, according to CEO Tim Cook. When the smartwatch was released this month it became available in Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, the UK and the US. Supply issues have already shown up but Cook doesn't believe that will keep the Apple Watch out of other countries for long.
Apple will be ready to launch the Apple Watch in more countries within two months. It is currently working to address supply issues with some of its models and bands. Many customers have run into long shipping delays and deliveries might not occur for all current orders until July. |
