Xiaomi is reportedly working on a successor to the MiPad 7.9, which was announced earlier this year. According to a new report, the MiPad 2 will come with a big change. Instead of using NVIDIA Tegra SoC, Xiaomi has decided to switch to an Intel SoC for its next tablet.
It is still unclear what the model is, but it comes with a processor clocked at 1.8 GHz. Other specs are very similar to the MiPad 7.9 and include 2,048 x 1,536 pixels resolution, 2 GB of RAM, 16 GB of built-in storage and runs MIUI based on Android 4.4 KitKat. |
