LG will reportedly ax the G Pro flagship lineup in 2015. For 3 years now, LG has been releasing a new G Pro phablet during the first half of the year, and a G series flagship in the second half. However, according to the latest report, LG will give the G Pro 3 a pass and focus entirely on their 2014 flagship device, which will be the LG G4.

Given that the size difference between the G Pro 2 (5.9-inch) and G3 (5.5-inch) isn't much, LG is probably hoping to address both screen size market segments by focusing on an even slimmer design, with thinner bezels and a more compact 5.5-inch phone. Here's hoping that the G4 doesn't end up with a 6-inch display.
