Lenovo has just launched ThinkPad Helix 2, which is now available from Lenovo's website store. This powerful 2-in-1 Ultrabook comes at a starting price of $979 and users can choose between two models. The premium model comes with a few aces in its sleeves.

Both models come with an 11.6-inch IPS LED display that has 1,920 x 1,080 pixels resolution and Digitizer Pen pointing device. The base model uses the Intel Core M 5Y10 processor, 4 GB of RAM, 128 GB SSD and has only one year warranty, compared to the premium model that features the Intel Core M 5Y70 processor, 8 GB of RAM, 256 GB SSD and has three years warranty.

Other specs include a 2 MP front and a 5 MP back camera, Dolby Home Theater v4 with stereo speakers, Bluetooth 3.0, microHDMI, microSD card slot, USB 3.0 and Windows 8.1 operating system.
