According to sources close to SamMobile, the Samsung Galaxy S5 Mini will arrive in mid-July. While we don't have any information regarding its pricing or market availability, a previous report revealed that the Galaxy S5 Mini will come with a 4.5-inch HD (1280 x 720) Super AMOLED display. The device will reportedly be powered by an unannounced quad-core Exynos chipset based on ARM Cortex A7 CPU cores clocked at 1.4 GHz and ARM's Mali400 GPU.

Older reports also suggest that the Galaxy S5 Mini will have an 8 MP rear camera and 1.5 GB of RAM. Our hunch is that the Smartphone will run on the latest Android 4.4.2 KitKat OS.
