Hewlett-Packard (HP) has unveiled several new notebooks, tablets, convertibles, Chromebooks and all-in-one PCs at its WorldTour conference in Beijing, China.
HP launched its SlateBook X2, a 10.1-inch Android 4.2.2-based convertible featuring Nvidia's Tegra 4 processor and 64GB storage. The machine features a dual-battery design – one in the display and one in the base – so users can detach the display and use it as a tablet.
HP also unveiled its Splits X2 with a 13-inch detachable display. The machine features Intel's Core processor, Windows 8 operating system as well as the dual-battery design.
For the all-in-one PC market, HP released its Envy Rove20, featuring an IPS-based 1600 by 900 display, and the ability to lay flat. The company has also announced the 21.5-inch Slate AIO, priced at US$359.
For notebooks, HP announced the Pavilion 11 TouchSmart, featuring an 11.6-inch touch panel and Windows 8, priced at US$399 and 14-inch Envy TouchSmart 14 ultrabook with power longevity of nine hours.
HP also launched a new 7-inch HP Slate7 with a weight of 370g, featuring Android, and 3-megapixel rear and VGA-resolution front cameras, priced at US$169.
