DRAM maker Nanya Technology has reported revenues of NT$3.245 billion (NT$109 million) for February, the highest monthly level since June 2011.
Other Taiwan-based DRAM makers Inotera Memories, Powerchip Technology and Rexchip Electronics have also reported their February revenues.
