Some of the manufacturing equipment was temporarily suspended, and efforts are underway to restore operations, with a full resumption expected within 2-3 days.
The power outage has resulted in losses due to damaged wafers, necessary equipment repairs, and interruptions in the production process. The preliminary estimate of these losses is around NT$300-500 million. The actual figures will be determined after further statistical analysis and confirmation.
