Foxconn Industrial Internet, a subsidiary of Foxconn, has set ambitious targets for its AI server business for the year 2024. Zheng Hongmeng, the chairman of the company, stated during a shareholders' meeting that the company expects AI to contribute 40% to its total cloud computing revenue this year, with AI servers capturing 40% of the global market share.

The company's new generation of AI servers, the GB200 series, which utilizes NVIDIA chips, including the NVL36 and NVL72 versions, is on track for a formal launch this year. The development and production are proceeding as planned, and the company intends to continue to push these servers into the market.

In addition to the AI server business, Foxconn Industrial Internet is also experiencing a better-than-market performance in the shipment of high-end smartphone components. The company foresees potential growth in this area, particularly as AI capabilities in smartphones continue to evolve and expand.
