According to the report of China's cloud computing market in the first quarter of this year released by the research agency Canalys, the overall scale of China's cloud market in the first quarter of this year reached US$7.3 billion, an increase of US$1.3 billion compared with the first quarter of 2021, a year-on-year increase of 21%.

 

In terms of market share, Alibaba Cloud, Huawei Cloud, Tencent Cloud and Baidu Smart Cloud accounted for 78.8% of the market, continuing to dominate the Chinese cloud market with a year-on-year increase of 19%. Compared with the same period in 2021, the market shares of Alibaba Cloud and Huawei Cloud decreased slightly, while Tencent Cloud and Baidu Smart Cloud continued to increase. Among them, Baidu Smart Cloud grew by 43% year-on-year, outperforming the market at twice the average growth rate of 21%
