Samsung Electronics has introduced a new line of premium smartphones, the Galaxy S10. The Galaxy S10+ features upgraded specifications; the Galaxy S10e is built for users who want all the premium essentials in a compact package on a flat screen; and the Galaxy S10 5G supports the next-generation telecommunication standard, according to the vendor.

All devices feature an all-new AMOLED display and next-generation camera, said Samsung.

As the first HDR10+-certified smartphone, its AMOLED display delivers vivid digital content, and with dynamic tone mapping, consumers will see a wider range of color for a brilliant, realistic picture, Samsung claimed. The Galaxy S10's display is also VDE-certified for vibrant bright colors and extraordinary contrast ratio for even deeper blacks and brighter whites.

The display is verified by DisplayMate, allowing consumers to enjoy accurate colors on their mobile device even in sunlight, said the vendor. The AMOLED display also reduces blue light through its TUV Rheinland-certified Eye Comfort display without compromising picture quality or adding a filter.

The Galaxy S10's Infinity-O Display packs an array of sensors and camera technology into a hole-in display, it added.

The Galaxy S10's AMOLED screen also includes an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint scanner that reads the 3D contours of users' physical thumbprint for improved anti-spoofing. With the world's first FIDO Alliance Biometric Component certification, this next-generation biometrics authentication offers security to keep users' device safe, Samsung said.

The Galaxy S10 also introduces new camera technology and advanced intelligence including ultra wide lens and AI camera.

The Galaxy S10 5G is Samsung's first flagship 5G smartphone, featuring the 6.7-inch Infinity-O Display, Samsung's 3D depth camera for 3D-image capturing and powered by a 4,500mAh battery.

The Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10+ and Galaxy S10e will be available in Prism White, Prism Black, Prism Blue and Flamingo Pink in carrier and the Galaxy S10+ will also be available in two new premium models: Ceramic Black and Ceramic White.

The Galaxy S10 is priced starting US$899.99, the Galaxy S10+ US$999.99 and the Galaxy S10e US$749.99.

The Galaxy S10 5G will be available through Verizon Wireless exclusively for a limited time in the first half of 2019. AT&T, Spectrum Mobile, Sprint, T-Mobile and Xfinity Mobile will launch at a later date this summer, Samsung said.
