As Apple experiences a significant increase in revenue in India, one of its suppliers for the region is announcing an expansion of its operations. Wistron, which assembles iPhones, will grow its operations in India with a new manufacturing facility. It's currently looking for a location.

Bloomberg says the supplier is looking for "about 100 acres of land in Bangalore" that'll be used to house a new assembly plant.

Apple recently announced a doubling of revenue year-over-year in the region. India, though a harder market for Apple to grow in, will be important in the years to come.
