A keyboard-free BlackBerry smartphone model is coming down the pipeline, straying from the QWERTY keyboard design found on some recent devices. TCL, a Chinese company that now manufactures all devices from the BlackBerry brand, is coming out with a keyboard-free companion to the KeyOne.

Francois Mahieu, TCL's global head of sales, says the phone only offers a touchscreen and it'll cost around the same amount as the KeyOne, bringing it to $549. This is also reportedly going to be the first phone in the BlackBerry lineup to feature water-resistance.
