Meizu has finally confirmed the release date of its next-gen flagship smartphone. The Meizu Pro 7 will be officially announced next week, on July 26 at an event at the Opera House in China. This is also the first high-end device from the company in 2017, and Meizu is having high expectations from it.

Thanks to the numerous leaks, we know pretty much everything about it. The handset will have a unique design with a secondary full-color LCD on the back, which is also confirmed by the latest teaser, and a dual rear 12 MP cameras.

Other specs include a 5.2-inch 1080p display, a MediaTek Helio X30, a 16 MP front-facing snapper, a fingerprint scanner on the front, a headphone jack, and a USB Type-C port. The Pro 7 will sell for CNY 3,299 ($490 or €420), but the exact launch date is not yet known.
