At Mobile World Congress 2016, ZTE announced two V7 smartphones, the standard model and Lite. Today, a year and a half later, the company has announced third member of the lineup, called ZTE Blade V7 Plus. Although many would assume it comes with bigger display, the phone keeps the same 5.2-inch screen.

Aside from that, it also keeps the 2 GB/ 16 GB memory configuration, "outdated" Android Marshmallow 6.0 and MediaTek MT6753 chipset. The only new features that are included with the new model are a fingerprint scanner on the back and a slightly larger 2,540 mAh battery.
