After several leaks and certifications, the rugged version of Samsung's latest flagship phone, the Samsung Galaxy S8 Active, has now been certified by the FCC. This means it won't take long before Samsung officially announces the AT&T exclusive rugged flagship smartphone.

Pretty much everything inside the phone identical to the standard Galaxy S8, meaning it packs the Snapdragon 835 chipset, 4 GB of RAM, 64 GB of storage, but the size of the battery is unknown to us. The last-gen Active handset had a larger battery than the non-rugged variant, so we expect the same.
