There has been a lot of changes in relationship between Samsung and Qualcomm. Samsung joined the FTC in an antitrust lawsuit against Qualcomm, while the latter has went with the TSMC for the future 7nm chipset, and it seems like there are even more changes.

The South Korean giant will reportedly use only Exynos chipset in its next-generation flagship smartphones. According to an insider, the next year's Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus will launch with an Exynos 9810 that will also have CDMA network support. If that is true, then Samsung might be able to sell its chips to third party OEMs as well.
